You pay all utilities, but W/S/G is billed straight from the complex. Cable and internet are included in the lease. Utilities are very affordable. Gas, electric, W/S/G. This is a LEASE TAKE OVER, not a sublet. You will take the lease over completely, which also means you will receive our deposit at the end of the lease which is December 31st. We need to move home to WA state for medical and family reasons, but are in a lease until December. We will be out at the end of August. Move in on September first. I do have some furniture we'd leave behind, it will go to a 2nd hand store if you don't want it. 3 bar stools, a table and 4 chairs, all cleaning supplies that's left over. Possibly a few other things here and there. All you will need is $35 per adult for a background/credit check. Approved credit and background needed. You will also have a $499 lease takeover fee (which is like a non refundable deposit). But our deposit was close to 1k when we moved in. Apartment will be next to professionally cleaned. Apartment is pet friendly. 2 pet maximum and And no pet deposit because ours will of course transfer over to you and we have 2 dogs. 2nd floor. There is a covered car port included in the rent, it is an additional $15 a month. We don't use it but keep it just in case. We park behind the building. Apartment is located on the far end of the complex, so its very private and peaceful on this end. We'd like someone lined up ASAP, just so we can make sure it's all taken care of. Also, you can also sign another lease with the complex or to month to month after the 31st. Also it may be available about a week or so before the first, we're not 100% sure yet but will know more closer to the 20th of the month so we will keep you posted!
