Description
Hi my name is Juanita. I am looking for a roommate to move in on May 16, 2018 since my current roommate will be moving out for work reasons. I am looking for a female, with no drama, drugs or pets. I would prefer a responsible full time student or worker. The room will be rented at $570 per month for 1 private bedroom with utilities included. I am also requesting $570 for the deposit. Can possibly provide an off street parking but there is always street parking as well. Apartment is located in perfect area near Downtown, Old Town, Airport, and Hillcrest. Please email me if you are interested in learning more information or viewing the apartment. Only serious inquiries please.
