The Collegian offers an exceptional living option that is focused on convenience, especially for students. At the SW corner of the University of Oregon Campus, the location is ideal for those who want to walk or bike to class. With little free time available to them, our residents enjoy getting hot, chef-prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday thru Friday as well as brunch and dinner each Saturday and Sunday.
There are two unique type of room options here; custom studio, which is a single floor, efficiently designed studio with a large closet, private bathroom, and balcony; or studioplex, which is a 2 floor studio room, with 2 large closets, private bathroom, balcony, and kitchenette area. Both styles come fully furnished. On the main floor residents have a lobby, dining area, and laundry room. The dining room and lobby are ideal places to study, read, have conversations with other guests, or watch a game or movie on one of the two big screen TV's. The Collegian, also includes once-monthly housekeeping as an amenity, has a resident manager and 3 resident assistants on-site that are available to help residents at anytime of day or night and also put on regular events for the community. When you live here, you don't just rent an apartment, you get to be part of a supportive and thriving community!
