Seeking single person to share my nearly brand new, modern home with myself and my (very sweet) 3 year old beagle.
Large, open, loft-like 3rd floor bedroom with private full bath, huge closet and private deck with great territorial views. (the entire third floor of the house)
Shared open kitchen and furnished living space with all brand new appliances, gas stove and dishwasher. Efficient front loading washer and dryer, small fenced-in yard, off street parking, gas fireplace. Wireless internet and alarm system is included in rent. The house is built green and extremely efficient. Low cost utilities split equally per person. (approximately $100/month each) I also have great neighbors... and the house was featured on the Today show!
Excellent location- easy access to I-5 and I-90, Capitol Hill & Downtown. Walk or bike to multiple wonderful parks, including Lake Washington, Judkins Park and Seward Park. Great for someone working in the medical field: Close to all major hospitals: Swedish Medical Center, Virginia Mason, Harborview, etc. 10 minute walk to Mt. Baker Light Rail.
6-12 month lease (negotiable), $1000 damage deposit, refundable.
(Note: photos are of the house staged, so I have different furniture, etc., but you'll get the general idea!)
This listing is cheaper than the average 3 bedroom home in Atlantic by $781.
