Do you need space to live, work, and create? Take a look a this unique historical loft.
In 1926 the Santa Clara Walnut Growers Association built a walnut-processing factory at 1777 Lafayette Street, in the city of Santa Clara. The building was a community hub for the Santa Clara Valley throughout the early part of the 20th century. This historic site has since been reconstructed into 43 Live/Work Lofts. The building and units still include many of the features of the original construction including large beams, wood planks, and metal siding. The lofts provide large, open spaces with high ceilings and unique floor plans.
