Just south of town, by Whole Foods, Briarwood, Michigan stadium, in a suburby kinda neighborhood. One bedroom, good sized, carpeted, with a decent closet. Private bathroom adjacent. Decent yard, porch out back, plenty of living space (two big living room type areas, one with a fireplace). Public areas shared by two other people. Washer dryer, big open kitchen with bar seating, probably going to get a grill. 2-car garage open for negotiation between you and the other two residents. No pets that shed. No smoking. Utilities (including internet) will be $70/month. This estimate is subject to change. The other two residents are myself, and a friend of mine. We are both early twenties college grads working in tech/science fields. If you are interested, please respond with the dates you would be interested in moving in (to confirm that you are a real person) Availability begins April 26
