Bedroom available in quiet Marina apartment near Fillmore & Beach Street. This is an amazing location - 2 blocks to the restaurants/bars/coffee shops on Chestnut Street, 2 blocks to Marina Green, 1 block to the 22 bus line, 3 blocks to Safeway. The bedroom is approximately 13x14 feet and has a large walk-in closet. The living room was converted into my bedroom so there is no living area. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher. There are two coin operated washing machines and dryers downstairs in the building. The building is pet friendly and I have a very sweet 9 year old black lab mutt (pictured above, enjoying our lovely neighborhood). He loves all dogs/cats/people and sleeps most of the time. I am a 30, fully vaccinated, and work from home full time. I am looking for a roommate who is quiet, respectful, and likes dogs. My current roommate is moving out to live with her partner. A few things to consider: 1. I am generally a clean person and keep shared areas very tidy. That said, with a dog in the house, there will inevitably be some dog hair on the floor. I do my best to keep things clean but just want to mention in case you've never lived with a dog or this would really bother you. 2. The building is very old and sound travels easily up and down the units and from the street. My neighbors are all really nice and generally quiet but just know you will hear them here and there just in case this is something you're really sensitive to. Rent is $1430/month + splitting internet ($70 per month) and PG&E (usually $40-$70ish per month) evenly. Looking for someone to move in by May 1st and sign a 1 year lease starting May 1st.
