Looking for some young professionals to live with me. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and one has been filled. The house is communal, except for people's bedrooms, of course. There is a fenced in yard and a deck in the back. Another bedroom is open upstairs, and I'm considering saving it as a guest bedroom for now. It might get rented out if someone shows interest though (and if I like them). No smoking, no pets. Two car garage with one spot taken by me. The guy that just moved in is willing to bid pretty high for the other spot over winter, but I'll let you figure that up among yourselves.
Male, 26, Engineer. I just graduated and bought a house near work. A couple roommates to keep me company would be swell. I would want you to come see the house so I can meet you in person, because nothing is more important than surrounding yourself with good people.
I'm pretty flexible on mostly everything, so feel free to contact me with questions. I'll reply to text faster than email.
Expect all the regular legal stuff: Background check, security deposit, lease contract.
