Private room in a 3 bedroom LARGE apartment! The apartment is 3 bedrooms, two baths and has a huge living room, dedicated dining room and kitchen. It also comes with a garage to store items, but no dedicated parking spot. Although, there is tons of street parking! We always find spots. The house also has access to the rooftop for gorgeous views and day time (or night time) drinks....as well as a backyard for bbq-ing and hanging out. The apartment building only has 3 units in it. Each floor is a unit of 3 rooms and we are on the top. So, no noisy neighbors stomping around. So the whole building only has 9 people in it including you! The pictures attached is the room you'd be taking over. The room comes unfurnished. Location: near the target on Geary and Masonic About your room: private room. You share a bathroom with only one other person. Current roommate has a queen bed and two dressers in the room and there is a full closet. About the roommates: two girls in their early 30s. Jady, 28 works in restaurants. Enjoys working out, hiking, visiting nearby family, warriors/giants games, dinners at new spots and hanging out with friends. Nicole, 31, is a restaurant General Manager. Nicole enjoys taking mini vacations on her days off to SD, Tahoe, Napa etc. she likes working out, hanging out with her friends and her boyfriend, going to sporting events and concerts and trying out new bars and restaurants. Both girls work nights. The house: the house is soooooo big, spread out and nice to hang out in. We occasionally get a house cleaner but always discuss it prior to make sure everyone can afford it. It's a smoking outside of the house situation. We also do not have parties there. It's definitely a pregame spot from time to time or wine night with friends and a good tv show. Yet, we like our house clean, respected and a relaxing spot. All the furniture is already there (in every room, except yours) so all you need to bring is yourself and your bedroom furniture. Utilities are usually around $80-$100 a month. It comes with cable, internet , PG&E, water garbage sewer and Netflix. The apartment also has shared laundry and is never a problem to wash. Jady and potential new roommate share a hallway bathroom while Nicole has a bathroom in her room. What we are looking for: 6 month lease agreement and then month to month to follow. We would ideally like someone between the age of 25-35. Has a good job, stays active and busy, doesn't bring the party home but likes to hang out with the roomies from time to time. Guy or girl. If you're really interested I can send more pictures of the actual home. We would like the person to move in by May 1st but a week or two earlier can be negotiated. Move in $ is first months rent and $1600 deposit. PLEASE only SERIOUS inquiries! Message for more details and pictures. In the message, tell us about yourself
