We have a 1bd/1ba mother-in-law apartment on the lower floor of our house along the historic Queen Anne Boulevard.
The apartment has big windows with plenty of daylight. The apartment includes a big-screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom with DirecTV and premium channels. The bathroom has a tub/shower and heated floors. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your meals. The washer/dryer are, technically, shared but we have a separate washer/dryer on the top floor so we rarely use the lower level machines. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, dresser and closet. The apartment has a separate entrance and plenty of on-street parking. We also have wifi, and radiant heat. We are located 1 block from the 2 and 29 bus routes with easy access to South Lake Union, Gates Foundation, and downtown.
We have adult children who sometimes stay with us but generally our home is very quiet.
