Don't over pay for rent! This unit is great for its central location and low rent!
Open House times:
Sunday (Tomorrow!), September 10, 2017 from 11:30am - 12:30pm! Come early and see the new carpet and cabinets.
IMPROVEMENTS that have happened or will happen soon (photos are old):
Back parking area completely redone (at least 8 spaces if parking tandom!).
New storage shed for tenants and landlord.
New carpet throughout!
New kitchen cabinets!
Freshly painted deck!
Quiet upper level two bedroom unit with one bath and approximately 936 sq ft. Very nice secure upper level deck! Includes washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, electric oven/range, tons of off-street parking in the alley, and a new small storage unit near back parking area. Centrally located and close to schools, mall, shopping, and biking trail. Bus stop two-three blocks away.
Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays electric. Tenant (along with lower unit tenant) is responsible for yard care and snow removal for the property. Pets are negotiable (depending on size, number, & temperament) and will increase the amount of security deposit by $300 per pet.
$875 monthly rent. $875 security deposit required (additional for pets). Rent is due on the 1st of each month; late fees apply for rent paid after the 5th of each month. Anticipated required monthly costs would include: $875 (rent) + $105 (electric is an estimate and average of the last 12 months!) = $980. Lowest electric bill was June at $59.25. Highest electric was January at $268. I would assume a Budget Billing might be around $110 - $125.
