Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electricity, cable tv, telephone, internet) except Water/Sewer. We love pets, however this is not a pet-friendly building. Prorate electricity, and pay your owner telephone, internet and cable tv. Owner will pay for the water/sewer. We like pets, but this is not a pet-friendly property, since we have other tenants. Sorry, no smoking, no e-vap or e-cig is allowed. Prior to viewing our unit, you may download our application from www.idealhawaii.com and submit it if you are interested in the unit after seeing it.
