We have a master bedroom with new private bath and 2 closets available in a remodeled Victorian duplex lower unit. The place has 2 other bedrooms occupied with a shared bath, a newly redone kitchen with dish washer, a brand new washer & dryer in the huge 500 sqft basement which has additional storage and hangout space. There is also a big back yard great for gardening. The location is perfect for commuting, the house is only 6 blocks away from the West Oakland BART station, which is a 7 minute walk and within 9 minutes by train to San Francisco downtown Financial District.
You would have AWESOME motivated roommates!
There are 3 of us in our mid-twenties.
- A couple: female works at a nonprofit law firm and Nike, is also studying for law school and training for a body-building competition. The male works for a lighting company at their SF warehouse and goes to school for IT. They have a medium-sized sweet 2-and-a-half year old dog (pitsky) who loves people and is very clean & quiet.
- The other female works at a law firm and is studying for law school
We are often out of the house with busy professional and personal lives, so we prefer a respectful, chill and dependable roommate.
This place has a TON of features like brand new & stainless steel appliances, wood-like and tile flooring, high ceilings, recessed LED lights, so much natural lighting, a humongous basement just for our unit and a big backyard with limitless possibilities. When you contact us, you will be to meet up with the current roommates in person and be shown the place. :)
