Hello, my name is Carly and I am looking for a new roommate. I am early 20s, UWS Grad, clean, quiet, and I work midnights at a nearby jail.
The house was converted into a duplex so on the other half of the house here is a quiet older lady. Shes nice.
Our half of the duplex has the garage. I figured we could both split the rent evenly and switch off using the garage month to month. The other person would park on the street. If you dont want any garage privileges rent will go down some. We have a big living room and a stackable washer drier upstairs, which works great. We are across the street from Swenson at UWS. So if youre going to college this is perfect. Free parking. ?? I am willing to room with male or female going to college or young professionals. Move in ready June 1st. We split utilities, WiFi, and garbage/sewer
We are looking for someone with similar age and interests ONLY! Thanks!
