The eat-in-kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, nice refrigerator and electric range. There are large closets in three of the bedrooms and a wardrobe in the fourth bedroom. The lower level bedroom was recently remodeled and a room with a sink is attached. A washer and dryer are furnished in the lower level. Snow removal and lawn care are provided. There is plenty of parking on the street. There is one parking space provided. There is plenty of yard room and a patio for tenants' use. Rent is $330 per person.
