The fully-equipped kitchen with wrap-around tile counter includes everything necessary, with a four burner stove, oven, microwave, wine cooler, and refrigerator.
It also includes an over-sized 50 gallon water heater, as well as a brand new washer and dryer set.
Perfect for boaters, as you get a 63' dock, 10,000 lb remote control lift, shore power, heavy duty adjustable mooring whips, and a 5,000 lb. davit. The dockside area also includes a retractable aluminum ladder, two heavy duty hoses, lights, and a fish cleaning station. A hot and cold water outdoor shower provides a quick rinse off.
