We are about to take it off the market. 1 year lease term with possible renewal at conclusion of 1 year term. We are open to a longer lease term agreement at initial signing as well- just ask! Monthly rent covers HOA payment which includes water, sewer and trash services. Tenants responsible for all utilities including: gas (Black Hills Energy), Electric (CORE electric), cable, etc. Non-smoking home. We would prefer no cats, but are willing to make an exception if you're the perfect match! Any decor/personal items visible in all pics (outdoor grill, mirror in dining room, table, couch, wall hangings, bedroom furniture, clothes, etc) are NOT included in the rental, EXCEPT for the neutral colored black-out drapes and hardware in the living room and the hardware in the master suite. Subject to credit and background screening. Must verify income and identity. Security deposit of $2500.00 due at time of signing.
