Traditional single level Mid-century modern located on a non-smoking campus of a 130 acre working horse farm within 20 miles from Portland city center. Large master en-suite. Two other bedrooms and a study. Loads of potential. Views to die for. Furnished photos taken by the previous renters are also attached. Not totally ADA, but comes with oversized halls and a walk-in tub in a larger room. Previous renters were caring for their aged parents. Sub-zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher, standard electric range with microwave above. Heat pump with AC. Also has a swamp fan for summer nighttime rapid cooling and highly efficient wood stove with wood an available (you may have to split) for those who would want to use it. Also wired and plumbed for outdoor hot tub. Starlink receiver installed you would need to pick up the contract. Miles of forest trails easily accessible non-motorized activities only. Drawbacks: Nighttime noises heard when windows are open, including barking LGD's (who may also be sleeping on your porches), howling coyotes, farming and machinery noises, noises from the mill across the valley, early AM rooster crowing and animal feeding noises. Natural spring fed water, which goes through a filtration and ultraviolet light system has a slight tent to it, and winter storms cause water discoloration. Winter flooding in the fields below.
