This property is great and we're pretty sad to be leaving it. It is a cute two-story condo in the heart of Austin's Clarksville neighborhood. Located right at the corner of Enfield and Woodlawn. On one side there is easy access to MoPac and on the other there are plenty of great shops and restaurants well within walking distance. The property itself is a 12 unit community. The renter would receive two parking spaces, one covered. The condo has been freshly painted throughout the entire property and there is brand new carpet on only the stairs. The rest of the condo has hardwood floors and tile. Both bedrooms are very large and have high vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is connected to the upstairs bathroom and has a balcony with french doors attached. Both bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. There is a working fireplace in the living room. The dining room has an attached balcony with french doors that we always loved to open while cooking. My roommate got a job opportunity in New York so we have both already moved out and had the unit professionally cleaned. We absolutely loved everything about this place and had a great property manager who is very easy to work with.

This is a sublet unit that is available for immediate move-in. The lease is through June 2013, however at that time you can choose to renew the lease if you so choose. The sublet would be to actually take over the lease and would therefore require and application process with a fee of $35 per applicant. The sublet fee would serve as a deposit and would be one month's rent of $1495. Both the sublet fee and the first month's rent would be due upon signing the lease. If your first month's rent is prorated, you would pay that portion on the first of the following month.
