    Pros
-OK pricing, seems a little high for the quality
-Location
-Customer service

Cons
-The parking lot is horrible, you hit a giant bump every time you enter, the layout bad, and there is no monitoring who is allowed to park- when the neighboring sororities have events, the parking lot is filled non residents.
-No one cleans up the dog poop, and people let their dog poop right outside of the apartments.
-The washing and drying machines are awful quality, only one dryer works.
-When I first moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned and was filthy. There were light covers missing, and a ceiling leak in the bathroom. Furthermore, the adhesive for a medicine cabinet in the bathroom was starting to get weak and looks like it all might fall off.
-NOTHING is updated (all material from the 70s)
