It is a quick walk to the downtown square in Ocean Park and minutes from Old Orchard Beach (OOB). The beach home is located on a quiet street, just 75 feet away from Saco Bay's 7 miles of pristine sandy beaches. The beach house is very well maintained, clean, family friendly, and decorated in a coastal theme. The huge front yard is professionally landscaped with gardens-perfect for playing outside! The beach house has 5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, small kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and stainless steel stove and microwave. The large family room and upstairs both have beautiful hardwood floors. The living room has abundant windows looking out to the beautiful Saco Bay offering gorgeous ocean views at all times of the day. The house's laundry room is complete with GE washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Fans are located in every room throughout the home. There is parking for 4 cars, cable tv, WiFi, a Webber gas grill, wrap around decks with ocean views, and an outdoor shower. The house also has a spacious indoor porch with ocean views and plenty of sitting/dining space! The two wicker rocking chairs on the porch are perfect for reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the crashing waves. The owner takes pride in maintaining and continuously improving this beach house. Every year there are additional improvements. House improvements for the 2017 Season include a newly renovated main floor full bath and freshly painted ceilings throughout the upper level and lower level bedrooms. House improvements for the 2018 Season will be communicated shortly. Winter Rental: Booking now for a monthly rental available August 28, 2018 through May 2019, $3,000/month. Rent includes all utilities and taxes. No hidden fees. Utilities include cable tv, WiFi, home phone, heat, electricity, snow plowing, water, hot water, yard maintenance, weekly garbage pickup, and the tenants move out cleaning fee. First months rent, last months rent, and a $2,500 security deposit are all due by the move in date. Maximum 4 people. No pets. No smoking. No overnight guests. No events. No parties. Landlord lives next door. Only 8.5 miles from the University of New England! Driveway parking for 4 cars!
