This home is located in the heart of U of M central campus on Hill St. It's just steps away from Elbel Field (beach volleyball, soccer, softball, and more!), the Intramural Sports Building, the Big House and the rest of the athletic campus, and just a 10-minute walk to the Business School, Law School, and the Diag.
144 Hill is an enormous 8 bedroom/3 bathroom home. The home features a huge living room, spacious dining room (complete with blue hardwood floors and a block M in the center), and kitchen with 2 refrigerators. The living room and dining room will be fully furnished with artwork, couches, coffee table, dining table, chairs, plates, cups, dishes, silverware, etc. We'll have high-speed internet set up for you on day one.

Bedroom are all unique; look through the virtual tour and floorplans to find a room that works for you. Bedrooms can optionally be fully furnished for an additional $50 per month. Furnishings include a brand new mattress, bed, desk, chair, and dresser.
Easy in/out parking is available behind the house for an additional $35 per month.
