The carriage house seems to be well-suited for people just arriving ito Colorado or needing CO as a 2nd home. The carriage house has white shaker cabinets, black granite counters and new stainless appliances including a counter-depth fridge. The bed is a pillow-top queen and features nice cotton linens. The custom barn doors cover a cedar closet and your very own stackable washer/dryer. As you can see from the photos, this is furnished down to the forks, pots, pans, linens, etc. Just show up with some clothes and toiletries and you can move in! Do you love your space to provide peace, quiet and appreciates a top quality property to call home. Storage is limited but you can have large baskets above the barn doors and space for bins beneath the bed also. A bike can be stored under the stairs leading up to your entrance on the backside of the house. The Carriage house is located in a golf course community called the Broadlands in Broomfield, CO. Centrally located, you can drive 5 minutes to the toll road and be at DIA in 25 minutes, 20 minutes to Boulder, 10 minutes to Louisville and 25 minutes to Denver. The grocery store is about a 1 mile walk away. Hundreds of walking trails abound. The community offers a seasonal swimming pool, a Public golf course and walking/biking trails galore. Parking is plentiful on-street parking. All utilities including high speed wifi, heat/AC, trash & sewage are included for an additional $125/month. No smoking of any kind in or outside please.
