We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home available for rent or rent-to-own. This is a clean & renovated home located just one block from Brookline Boulevard. The home is very close to Brookline Recreational Center & park fields & pool.
The first floor features a living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and you bring your own stove and refrigerator. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bath. Off of the front bedroom there is a walk-up attic for lots of extra storage space. Laundry hooks and even more storage space can be found in the basement.
Bedrooms sizes are 17'x12', 12'x11', and 12'x9'. Bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpets and the kitchen and bath have vinyl floors. The living room and dining room are hardwood.
Outside the home has a big front porch and a rear patio area off the kitchen. There is a parking area off the alley in the back as well as on-street in the front.
Note: We are currently cleaning up the home, so the photos are old. We will update them with current ones as soon as possible. The home is being repainted and new carpets are going down. The kitchen floor is being replaced and the living room floor is being refinished.

We show our listings open house style. Please call us at 412-260-4285 to find out the next open house time. Applications will be available at the open house. Please bring your $200 deposit (see APPLYING below) and 3 years of housing and employment information with you to submit an application that day. Each adult must complete an application. There is no application fee, but we collect a $200 deposit that goes toward your first month's rent and holds the place for you. You get your deposit back if we turn you down.
We require income of 3 times the rent or 2-1/2 times the rent + other payments you make (e.g. car payments, student loans, but not utilities).
We pull credit reports to verify information, but we never turn anyone down solely for poor credit.
We may require a $200 additional security deposit if your income history is short, your credit score falls below 580, etc.
We know and love pets, so our single family homes are available to pet owners. We allow a maximum of two animals for an additional security deposit of $200 per animal. We do not charge additional rent for pets. Dogs and cats must be house broken - sorry no puppies or kittens! Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed by our insurance - e.g. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls.
RENT TO OWN
All of our single-family homes are available as rentals or rent to own.
The "Rent to Own" program of home buying provides an easy stepping stone to owning a home of your own. This program helps individuals with less than perfect credit or those who don't have the traditional 10-20% down payment.
Rent to own tenants provide a small down payment equal to 1-2 months' rent. Once on the program, 10% of your rent is added to your down payment and security deposit to build up equity.
