There is 1 available unfurnished room in a townhome located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Silver Spring, MD - close to Glenmont Metro, 30 minute drive to DC, very close to the ICC (to go to Gaithersburg or Baltimore), 15 minutes away from downtown Silver Spring and Rockville. And if you don't have a car, there's a convenient bus stop right outside of the neighborhood.
It's a 3-floor townhome and the 1 room available is located on the 3rd floor, across from the master bedroom and next to another room occupied by a young professional female. There is a bathroom that will be shared with the tenant in the room next door.
The rooms in the house are all occupied by young female professionals, including myself. I'm also the landlord/co-owner of the house. I also have a cat -- so no other pets allowed.
With the townhome being very large and with each room having their own key, there is a lot of room for privacy and everyone has their own space. The common areas include: the kitchen, living room area, and dining room area all located on the 2nd floor and the washer and dryer unit in the basement.
There is one reserved parking spot, which can be shared among the tenants and MANY open spaces or street parking available (without a permit needed.) Utilities are included in the $650 which includes internet, Pepco bill, and HOA fees (you will get access to the community pool!) You will be signing a minimum 6-month OR up to 1 year lease. A security deposit of $650 is needed upon signature of lease.
I am looking for only FEMALE tenants. Please provide a brief summary of yourself (i.e., age, profession, where you're from, etc.) and preferable dates that would work for you to take a look at the house/room.
