This apartment is available to sublet through April 30, 2018. The new renter will be taking over my lease with the opportunity to sign a new lease when this one ends; you must apply through the property management company (application fee is $55).
Listing is for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located at 38th Ave. and Mariposa St. in the Highlands area. Tenant pays XCel and all other utilities are included in the monthly rental price. Off-street parking is included as well.
The apartment is centrally located with easy access to I-25, I-70, and downtown (via Park Ave./38th). The unit is also within walking distance to the lower Highlands area. There are several restaurants and breweries within a few blocks. Please be aware that the unit is located above a dispensary, so the area can sometimes be fairly busy; I?ve never had any issues with this though.
The property is professionally managed through a property management company, and the new tenant will have to fill out an application ($55 fee) in order to move in. This will include a background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors) and income verification (3x monthly rent is required).
If you are interested, please let me know and I will arrange a viewing and give you the application information. Thanks.
