**I am looking for one tenant only. A large kitchen is shared with me upstairs. No couples and no pets, please**
Newly remodeled bottom floor apartment. The house is located in North Seattle in the Haller Lake neighborhood. Your space has a large living room, a large bedroom, and a .75 bathroom (shower). You also have your own private entrance through the back of the house. It is completely independent from the upstairs, and none would access this part of the house but you. The house is in a very quiet street and I am pretty low key. The space is unfurnished, and it is not wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of storage for all your things. You would have a dedicated parking spot right in front of the house. Walking distance to many grocery stores, shops and buses. The E-Line bus and 304 commuter bus both take you downtown in 40 and 15 minutes, respectively. North Seattle College and Shoreline Community College are 10 and 5 minutes away. No pets. Credit report required (this will not hurt your credit). I have a 13-pound hypo-allergenic dog. He likes to sleep all day and look out for suspicious activity in the front yard. I am the handy person on the property, so anything will be fixed in a timely manner. If you are interested in seeing the property please contact me directly.
Rent is $1,200/month and includes EVERYTHING (electric, gas, trash, water, sewer and landscaping). The deposit is $500. One year lease. After that we can go on a month by month basis.
