Description
Ready For A Bright "Smarter" Happy Home You'll Love Seeing Every Day? Available Now, Open House Sat. Oct. 7th from 11am-2pm. Later appointments available on request. Convenient location, 15-minute drive to Seattle or right on the 120 bus route in the park district of the up-and-coming Burien Neighborhood. Key-less front entry, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom house. The living room is complete with an open fireplace and has been wired for surround sound including speaker brackets ready for your system/speakers for the ultimate movie night experience. The home has a freshly installed 98% efficiency furnace. The bathroom is a real sanctuary with a recently installed rain, waterfall, body jet spray heads, and handheld sprayer shower panel, Bluetooth speaker/fan, towel warmer and glass bowl sink. The kitchen is a chef's delight with a custom glass pantry, mood lighting, deep porcelain sink, microwave, top of the line dishwasher, Frigidaire Gallery collection convection oven and refrigerator. The mudroom has an updated Samsung stack-able washer and dryer unit with vibration reduction tech to reduce noise to near soundless. The master bdrm has two closets and is large enough for a full bedroom suit and king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has been freshly carpeted and has a single closet and can accommodate a queen size bed. Wireless security system with 3 camera and siren set-up. Each camera has live view, night vision and a speaker for listening and speaking/Intercom system. All cameras are view-able on any smart phone. This system can be expanded. My favorite uses for this system are keeping an eye on the house while I'm away with motion notifications, watching and talking to my pup throughout the day while I'm at work. Fresh paint throughout the home & a Nest learning thermostat so you can remotely control the HVAC system. There is a large fully fenced backyard with a 10' gate for pull through secured parking on paved pad (perfect for car maintenance). There are 3 fruit trees (Asian pear, plum, and honey crisp apple) and raised beds for vegetable crops. We currently planted one bed with pineapple strawberries (looks like strawberries, tastes like a pineapple). There is another flower bed on the side of the house by the parking pad, we have it planted with a few perennials (red hot pokers mostly) on one side, and Foxgloves on the other. Beside the back door are roses, and an empty container ready for a new flower. Quiet neighborhood, our neighbors are super nice, helpful people. Chelsea Park is a block away and Seahurst Park on the sound is about a mile away (dog-friendly and simply gorgeous). Numerous restaurants/bars available, 6 Starbucks, Safeway, Trader Joes, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Mudbay, Gamestop, Fred Meyer, Farmer's Markets, etc. all very close in downtown Burien. Tenant pays all utilities. We allow animals of all shapes and sizes with pet deposit per animal depending on the animal. Cats/Small Dogs/Other - Deposit $400.00 per animal, Large Dogs - $600.00 per animal. No more than two animals allowed (if you have 3+ we can talk about it). Due Upon Move-in: -A completed credit and background check through Transunion "My Smart Move" will be sent via e-mail. -A fully executed lease agreement and surround sound equipment acknowledgment. -A security deposit of $2,000.00, First month of September will be a pro-rated amount, every month thereafter the rent will be $2,200.00. *A qualified tenant would be a person without a criminal history or without a criminal history consisting of violent crime, theft, or offenses against minors. A person with non-violent offenses will be considered on a case by case basis. Ideal tenants will have a credit score over 650. Additional Information: Shop in the backyard is not currently included, will be in the near future. We are also going to be installing a top of the line tankless water heater and instant hot dispenser in the kitchen in 2018.
