There is a large fully fenced backyard with a 10' gate for pull through secured parking on paved pad (perfect for car maintenance). We currently planted one bed with pineapple strawberries (looks like strawberries, tastes like a pineapple). There is another flower bed on the side of the house by the parking pad, we have it planted with a few perennials (red hot pokers mostly) on one side, and Foxgloves on the other. Beside the back door are roses, and an empty container ready for a new flower.
Quiet neighborhood, our neighbors are super nice, helpful people. Chelsea Park is a block away and Seahurst Park on the sound is about a mile away (dog-friendly and simply gorgeous). Numerous restaurants/bars available, 6 Starbucks, Safeway, Trader Joes, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Mudbay, Gamestop, Fred Meyer, Farmer's Markets, etc. all very close in downtown Burien.
Tenant pays all utilities. We allow animals of all shapes and sizes with pet deposit per animal depending on the animal. Cats/Small Dogs/Other - Deposit $400.00 per animal, Large Dogs - $600.00 per animal. No more than two animals allowed (if you have 3+ we can talk about it).
