Hi, We are looking for a wonderful couple or family of size 3-4 to fill our little home in Orange, CA. It is ready to be occupied immediately. Please read description in its entirety as your questions may be answered in the description. Thanks! We own a beautiful cottage near historic Old Town Orange. It is walking distance or a short bike ride to the Orange circle, restaurants, and parks. There is original hardwood flooring throughout house. The kitchen and bathroom have tiled floor. There are 3 bedrooms! Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is just one full bathroom with shower and tub. There is a detached garage has a full size washer and dryer and is for shared storage with a second unit in the back. Laundry is included in the rent. Off-street parking (driveway) and street parking are available. The driveway can hold multiple cars, but is only 1 car wide. We will consider pets, a cat or a small dog is ok. Lease will be for a minimum duration of 1 year. There is an attached studio to the house that is currently rented. DO NOT disturb the tenant. Studio has a separate entrance through driveway.
