Duplex - upstairs only $444 Water/trash/sewerage INCLUDED! (costs usually $68.50 - $80!) so it is like paying $375 or less! 2 bedrooms (or more depending on how you arrange it). No appliances but for a little extra I can provide (many people have their own appliances - that is why I do it this way).
NOTE: I am allowing the tenant in the downstairs apartment with their child who has a disability and is loud! This is why the rent is cheap! You would be welcome to test it out. Month-to-month rental no lease. Must be respectful of duplex neighbor in that regard - she is getting her child under a doctor's care as he will be attending pre-school in the fall. No complaint allowed to the landlord. Must be able to settle with neighbor in duplex - I won't mediate. If you can't stand it you may move. That's one of the reasons it's inexpensive rent.
NO SMOKING DWELLING (but you can smoke outside ONLY)! NO PETS! May make an exception for ONE cat or small dog but for more rent and deposit. NO sneaking in rescues or pets! I will evict for breach of lease!
Everything works and there are some upgrades. Attentive landlord. Off-street parking space. Big shared basement with washer/dryer hookups. Enclosed fenced yard. No garage but may be able to rent it for extra rent. Half bath in basement.
You pay for your own electric and gas (MUST have on immediately in your name). You have your own fan or window A/C unit.
Prefer email to begin application! Initial questions necessary.
Application process, providing good references, employment, and understanding the rules required. Must have good references and allow Driver's license and Social Security card to be copied and submit to a background check. One small note: It's not mean to state that I'm in my retirement years and am dependent on rental income; I have evicted many times; The place is not for those who aren't stable or who falter paying rent. Thanks.
