The townhouses have open beam ceilings in the lower level, and cathedral ceilings in a very large master bedroom. The rambler style has cathedral ceilings in the living room. Both styles have inside utilities, 1.5 baths, bay windows, garden windows, fireplace, dishwasher, and single car garages. The garage also has a garage door opener so you can drive in out of the rain, and go into your unit without going outside. They also have vinyl double pane windows and vertical blinds.
