Room for rent as of June 1st so, I'm looking for a roommate! You get the big bedroom that comfortably fits a queen with a large closet. The apartment was originally advertised as a 1 bedroom with an office so I'm in the "office" and use the hall closet. Rent total is $1750 so you do pay just a little more but I take care of gas and electric and only ask that you handle internet/cable! Happy to change this arrangement after discussing!
The apartment is in a great location right off of Southport near the brown line. It's close to night life, quarter mile to Wrigley field and shopping. Street parking ONLY (zone 383). You can hear concerts and games during the summer and Taco Fest is right around the corner from us :)
I'm at 27 yr old female looking for a roommate around the same age. I do admin work for a company in the Loop and have a second job teaching swim lessons on the weekends and one night during the week. I'm not home very often so you'll have the place to yourself for the most part!
