-For drivers, our home is minutes from I-5 and I-90. Downtown and Capitol Hill are 5 minutes away. The home is perfectly situated to avoid the horrendous Seattle traffic but still far way enough to make parking easy. Century Link and Safeco field are a few minutes away.
-Beacon Hill, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just a stone's throw from the city, is home to great restaurants and coffee shops which you can walk to. We are 3 blocks from the main drag with a selection of dining and drinking options. There is also a bowling alley, multiple supermarkets, and quaint shopping areas a little further.
-The neighborhood is great for taking walks. A beautiful park with a 180 deg view over downtown, Puget sound, and the Olympic Mountains is a few blocks away.
-Beacon Hill Light Rail station is just blocks away - walk there in minutes! Commute easily to the airport and downtown. We are also on 3 bus lines (36, 147 and 60) so it is very easy to get to most places.

-The 1st bedroom has a memory foam mattress topper. Also an ironing board and iron are provided in the closet.
-The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed plus study area with a desk and office chair, perfect for business travelers or students.
-The immaculate bathroom is stocked with plenty of clean towels and washcloths. Hairdryer, soap and shampoo included.
-We have a beautiful back garden that is yours to enjoy. Lay out in the summer and enjoy the hours of direct sun that we get. Help yourself to our homegrown herbs.
-There are 2 units on the property and the utilities are shared. Your bill share will be as follows:
1. Water/Sewer/Garbage = Included
2. Electricity = Included
3. Internet = Included, shared with upstairs unit. If you want your own dedicated internet connection, you will need to pay for your own connection.
No pets, no smoking, and no commercial usage of the property. There is an abundance of street parking just off the property. Driveway not part of lease.
