Cats are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by weight of pet). No dogs.
Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, a non-refundable application fee ($40 in office/$45 per person online), and proof of income for the previous three months.
