Description
Short-term furnished private room in Brentwood including utilities The House Spacious 4-bedroom / 3.5-bath house that's fully furnished. Complete kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Viking stove, and Viking dishwasher. Rooftop, washer/dryer, WiFi, large HD TV, and so on. The house is modern, spacious, and comfortable. Utilities are included, so it's just the flat monthly rental amount. The Location We're in Brentwood, blocks away from the San Vicente Blvd strip, which is full of great restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, and shopping. Brentwood is great in general because it's one of the only areas of LA where the other popular neighborhoods are all in easy reach- like Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Westwood. Especially because we're near both the 405 and the 10 leading in all directions, so we don't have to fight much street traffic to hop on the freeway. The Room The room is furnished and we're currently offering it on a short-term basis, but that can be discussed. You'll have linens, towels, soaps, etc. And the rest of the house is furnished, so you're taken care of there. Parking We have a 2-car garage but unfortunately it's being used by two of us. That being said, the street parking is really easy on our street, especially for Brentwood, we park on the street ourselves all the time. Us We're in our 30s, males, and straight. One of us works in a traditionally "professional" type job and the other in the fitness industry. We're social, clean, respectful, responsible, laid-back, and easy to get along/live with. We typically keep it low-key on weeknights- occasional dinner, happy hour, gym, catch up on errands. We like to be out and about on weekend days and out socially weekend nights, but without bringing the party home. We'd like to at least casually hangout with our roommates here and there (grab dinner/drinks, watch tv, etc), but we don't have to be BFFs. We're non-smoking, no drama, and into health/fitness/wellness. You Male or female. Active with a sense of humor and generally similar to our own description above (i.e., clean/organized but not OCD, within reason). Obviously able to pay rent always on time. Pretty much a normal person! Sorry but no smoking inside the house and no pets. If this sounds like a good fit, please email with the following information: Length of stay and preferred move-in date (it's available just about immediately) Briefly background about yourself and employment situation Briefly current living situation and why you're looking for a new place Your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc, and a photo are incredibly helpful and will be given preference Any other relevant information you'd like to add, but please include the info above. Plus this is how I know you actually read the ad :) Thanks!
