His separate area would include a bedroom, office, bathroom and a small MIL kitchen. He needs only a small storage area in the substantial two-car attached garage. Such an interim semi house-share arrangement is a bit unusual, but the rent for an incoming party would be $1,100/month lower during the sharing time. Perhaps a new resident(s) might find this possible option to be a tech-wise interesting and workable arrangement, and would like to remain longer term, possibly in an extended family context.
