My wife and I just bought a house and are looking for someone to take over our existing lease, starting in mid-December. The lease ends on June 30th, 2018. We live at the Louisa Apartments, in the Pearl District. Our rent is $2,700/month and the Louisa is currently offering the same model apartment on the same floor for almost $2,900/month.
This apartment has been outstanding to us over the past 18 months. Not only is the staff extremely nice and very attentive, but the building is very secure and provides concierge service, making everything very convenient. You also have everything you need within walking distance. Our balcony overlooks the Pearl District Summer Block parties, has outstanding sunsets and is easy access off the 405 freeway. If we didn't purchase a home, we would be staying here much longer.
