Up for rent is my fantastic condo. I bought this condo just before meeting my wife a couple years ago and now I rent it out. It was built in 2004 and the carpeting is recent so things are fairly new and in good shape. It is about 800 square feet with a roomy balcony with views of the mountains to the east and
the downtown skyline to the north. The cabinetry is beautiful and well-made and the condo is painted in fresh, modern colors. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The main bathroom and laundry are in the hallway, accessible to everyone in the condo, and there is an en suite toilet attached to the master bedroom. Both bedrooms lead into a central hallway in which there is a floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelf. The hallway leads to a pleasant open kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is roomy and functional with a kitchen island to increase counter space. Appliances are in great shape. There is a sliding glass door off the living room onto the balcony. The balcony is a great place to spend time with a cup of coffee in the morning.
The condo building is right on (and I mean RIGHT ON) the trail system leading down to the Chester Creek greenbelt, downtown, the coastal trail, and beyond. Its really convenient for runners, skiers, or if you want a more pleasant way to get to work. The building is also situated very near the highway and A Street. Getting anywhere in town is ridiculously easy. I love the location. Utilities are included, except for phone/internet and electricity. When I lived there I only used my cell phone and I paid about $25/month in electricity. The rest of the utilities (including heat) are part of the condo dues that are paid by me.
I am looking for quiet, responsible tenants to fill the condo on March 1st. You won't find a more comfortable, centrally located, low-key condo. Its perfect for the professional, couple, or small family. Please inquire by replying to this posting.
