Since this house is currently occupied, out of respect for the tenants, I will be holding open houses for this house at the following times. In your message please indicate what time you would like to come view the property. 27th of May: 4:30-5:30 29th May: 4:30 -5:30 30th May: 4-5pm Looking to really settle in? This is a great house that rarely is up for rent-- photos are from previous tenants. People tend to stay in this house for 3 years if not more. Floors have been refinished, new appliances have been bought, electric has been upgraded ( imagine having multiple outlets in a room!), new lighting in kitchen and basement! The first floor of this house, which has h/w floors except in the kitchen, has a living room, a dining room (with a great stained glass window and a chandelier) and a nice sized kitchen with new fridge and gas stove, and a new mobile counter space that has electrical and usb outlets in it. Still has a fantastic porcelain sink with drainboards on either side! The backyard is large enough for bbq's and hanging out (or a great blow up pool, as you can see in one of the photos). There are some window units in the basement if you don't have your own, and should be more than enough to keep the place cool. Radiator heat in all rooms. House is already wired for FIOS but also is cable ready-- easy to choose what works best for you. On the 2nd floor you have 3 bedrooms in the classic Philly style-- 1st and middle bedrooms are connected and the 3rd small bedroom is in the back. Photos show the back bedroom and the front bedroom. Back bedroom is small, can fit a single bed easily or, better yet, is a great office space. Main bedroom is large so you have room for your bed and a dresser, and have two closets for your hanging items. Middle bedroom is a great guest room or an office if you need more than one. Tenants have also used it as their TV room. Nice built in closets in the main bedroom, cedar closet in the hall. No closets in middle and back bedrooms Hardwood floors (refinished in 2025) on both the 1st and the 2nd floor which is a nice contrast to the tile bath-- which has that great 1940's vibe-- love the retro feel of a pink and black bathroom! In the basement you have your washer and dryer, all your mechanicals, and all the storage space that you could want. The house is located on a little street, one block from Broad St and the Ellsworth/Federal subway stop. The closest bike share is at the subway, so if SEPTA is not your thing, you can quickly hope on an Indego and go! Quick walk to the Acme, the CVS and all the goodness of P'unk Ave and the Italian Market as well as Sprouts, Target, Chipotle and Insomnia Cookies, Giant etc. On-street parking. Rent is $2400 plus utilities. Water bill will come to landlord and will be forwarded to tenants who will then pay the bill. ( Water bill is around $70-80 per month) Last month and one month security deposit when you sign the lease, first month's rent when you move in. Move in as early as July 1, 2026
