The security deposit is 2,400.00 (U.S. Dollars) and is due at lease signing. The rent is $2,400.00 (U.S. Dollars) per month. First month and last month rent ($4,800.00) is due on May 31, 2026 through PayPal. The Tenant(s) will pay rent through PayPal on the 1st day of each month. Tenant(s) will be responsible for all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and maintenance of the property (lawn mowing, clearing the snow from the driveway and walkway, fall and spring clean up of leaves and branches) to maintain neighborhood appearances.
