Brand new home in a great Seattle neighborhood with two master suites! Our family is moving abroad for a year and we're renting out our house while we're gone. You are welcome to our furnishings, but we are flexible and can remove things that you don't want.
This house is fabulous. We just finished building it at the end of 2015. It has a full master suite on each floor! Great for multi-generational families or families who need extra space for an au pair or independent teenager. The house has central air conditioning - a rare treat in Seattle! Nine-foot ceilings on the first floor give it a roomy, bright feel, which is magnified by the open floor plan. There is also a large office on the first floor.
The upstairs playroom is a great place for kids to run free and also has a queen-sized wall-bed for guests. There are also three additional large bedrooms upstairs plus a master suite with a huge walk-in closet. The yard boasts a peaceful koi pond, large deck with a grill, and space for soccer and other outdoor games - complete with a kids play structure and basketball hoop.
It is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Chelsea, walking distance to the Lake City Farmers Market, the library, the Meadowbrook Community Center and Pool, drug stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to the Burke-Gilman trail, Matthews Beach and Meadowbrook Pond. Easy access to downtown Seattle and only few blocks away from an express bus. The schools are wonderful - John Rogers Elementary is down the street, Jane Addams Middle School and Nathan Hale high school are also highly rated and within walking distance.
Available Sept 1st for a one-year lease or possibly a shorter-term lease.
