Direct buses to many areas. One block from the Hillsdale Village center. Shared use of yard lawn area, with privacy. Owner maintains yard.
Renter pays 30% of gas, water and electricity, $35 internet (or provide your own). Utilities are less than $100 in the summer and less than $125 in the winter. Rent is six month lease, with option to renew. First and last month's rent and deposit to move in. One time $50 background check fee with application. Pictures available by email.
