This rare gem of a unit is located in the historic Terry Denny building. It is a spacious studio with high ceilings, three huge windows (two of which look out at the water so you can see the ferries pulling in), old wood floors, restored mahogany sliding door to the bathroom, exposed brick, lots of charm, but some modern updates (modern appliances, a beautiful bright bathroom).
There is a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven/stove top, dishwasher) and there is a bathroom (shower only, large sink, toilet, and W/D).
These are just a few pictures from our happy tenancy here. More photos are available here:
The apartment would be available February 1st (possibly sooner if needed). We are relocating for work.
Cats and dogs are OK with a deposit.
Parking is available under the building or in a separate garage.
The local community is AMAZING. Other tenants are very friendly, lots of nice coffee shops, a locally owned pet store just around the corner, lots of restaurants, and just blocks from the waterfront, and a few blocks from the Pioneer Square link station.
Please text me if you're interested in seeing the unit today!
This listing is cheaper than the average studio in Pioneer Square by $120.
