Duplex had new vinyl siding, windows and metal roof a few years ago so looks great and energy efficient. The yardcare is provided. Tenant pays their own power (Jackson EMC), water and garbage service. The garbage service is currently $16 per month, tenant liability insurance $9.50 per month and both are billed to tenant monthly with the rent. The water is billed to tenant quarterly and due with the following months rent.
