We are renting our Phinney Ridge home. The house has a great floor plan with exotic hardwood and tile floors, a remodeled stainless and hardwood cabinets kitchen, a master bath jetted soaking tub, and a large, comfortable deck with a view. The house is a 1916 Craftsman bungalow with updated designer paint, lighting, and windows, and original details like historic siding and trim, original built-ins, and doors and handles.
Our gourmet stainless kitchen has a gas range, beautiful quartzite countertops, and a high end farmhouse sink. The main floor bathroom has vaulted ceilings, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The master bedroom has a large, walk-in closet with tons of room for hanging and shelving clothes.
The basement is a multi-use area with a large open space, two separate rooms that can be closed off and a bathroom. The whirlpool washer and dryer are located here and there is ample room for additional appliances, crafts, or gym/exercise equipment.
Our garage is large and fits two SUVs as well as a workshop, a small art studio or exercise space.
This house is located on the edge of Phinney Ridge and is one short block from some of the best restaurants like Hecho, 74th Street Alehouse, Cornuto, Nutty Squirrel Gelato, and great neighborhood shopping at Ken's Market, Metropolis, etc. We are close to Green Lake and it's easy to run down the hill to the park. Multiple Seattle P Patches are nearby and Woodland Park Zoo is also very close. Phinney and Greenwood are vibrant walking neighborhoods and our neighbors are very friendly and tight-knit.
