Cozy Loft Apartment in White Center This second floor unit (stairs) with sleeping loft (ladder) is best suited for those with excellent mobility. That said this is a special place with lots of character and amenities including a claw foot tub in the living room. There are two rooms with an adjoining arched doorway. Entry is into the kitchen which is relatively new, down some stairs leads into the living area with loft. There are several windows facing East which is our wooded front yard. Flooring is tile in the kitchen and bath areas, wood in the main living area. Kitchen has a gas range and no dishwasher but is spacious. Community amenities include shared laundry (basement), yoga room with heated floors, sauna and backyard hot tub. The building has 7 units which are all single occupancy. Everyone is pretty laid back, good neighborly people who are conscientious. This unit is fairly private but there are neighbors above and below. Those people are not very noisy and know when it is appropriate to be a little noisy. We are looking for someone similar for this apartment. Someone who likes to be noisy and active late at night will not be a very good fit.
