Seven minutes to or from I-5, five to Hwy 99.
Three year old remodeled kitchen, comfortable living space, huge bedroom with lots of light from windows facing our lovely "Zen" garden. Bathroom has a very large bathtub. Private entrance. Some storage. Fenced back yard, mature fruit trees. Also if we mutually decide for you to live here, we can agree on garden opportunities.
Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional pet fee. Sorry, no cats. We love almost all dogs but Roxy, our 14.5 year old doesn't. Roxy has the final say whether this home is a winner for you!
My wife and I take recycling and composting to heart and expect you to also recycle and compost - at least while living here.
Rent is due the first of the month. If you move in earlier than the first, we will work it out for a per diem rate till the first of the month.
The home's laundry room is located in your apartment. We generally do laundry on Sunday but will confirm a mutually convenient time.
Utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric) are paid for by us. You're responsible for cable/internet.
We don't smoke and don't appreciate smoke in our or any home, so please, no smoking in this home or near doors or windows.
We're attentive, responsible landlords who care about our tenants and want the same kind of consideration from you.
Please have references, first and last month's rent and security deposit ($2300 + $575 = $2875). Reference check is $40.
We're adults who take and give communicate and feedback well without taking it personally. We expect and appreciate the same from you.
