The Zillow zestimate does not reflect the true value of our home because there are no comparables in the area, especially for log homes on this much acreage.
The bank appraised our log home and 10 acres for $225,000. We recently have now included the rest of 110 acres at approximately $1,600 an acre which bring the total to $398000. We would also be willing see sell 100 acres separate from the house and the house with any amount of acreage. I am a motivated seller and will consider all reasonable offers.
