Furnished. What is unique about this house is the stellar view, the wide open layout, and the basketball court. Fantastic location, high up in the East Bench with an open layout and unique view above Dimple Dell Park. SHORT TERM. A perfect place to stay while you are looking around the area (presumably to buy a house). There are many wonderful houses in SLC, but it's quite a varied place, I think it's logical to get to know neighborhoods, school districts, pollution issues due to inversions, highway traffic patterns and restaurant locations before you make a final decision Send email to cottonwoodcanyonutah@gmail.com DESCRIPTION The Spectacular View: The appeal of the house is all about the view and its openness. If those aren't important, then the house probably isn't worth your seeing. From the lights over the valley that you see from the master in the early morning to the sunsets at night it feels like you are on top of the world. I'd be glad to send more pictures. Location, Location, Location: Beautiful Bell Canyon Neighborhood on the East Bench of the Wasatch Mountain Range - where you want to be in the Salt Lake Valley. Picture perfect sunsets looking over the Salt Lake Valley. Neighborhood: Safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac above Wasatch Boulevard next to LCC. Close access to I-215 provides pleasant, quick, and less stressful transportation to downtown, the airport, Park City, and everywhere else in the Salt Lake Valley. Close to Alta/Snowbird - 12 and 15 minutes. Furnished: Master Queen, 2nd 2 twins, 3rd (downstairs) Queen, 4th (downstairs) 2 twins. No bed in the 5th bedroom currently - a great office. Linens, and full kitchen accessories in place. I've left plenty of space in the house (as you can see from the pictures) if you wanted to bring furniture in, but I need to leave the furniture that is there in the house. The House: 4527 sqft, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, mini kitchen on 2nd floor, basketball court, and office on lowest level. Built 1995 and maintained in perfect condition - First Floor First floor second bedroom and full second bath.First floor master with clawfoot tub, granite counter. Open kitchen remodeled with new granite counters, refinished floor and stainless appliances. Looks out over Dimple Dell Park. During the day you see trees, valley and snowy mountain. Open first floor layout, perfect for entertaining or music - Middle Floor small kitchen area with fridge and sink (no oven, no range). 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and large area with brand new hardwood floor. Huge open play/entertaining area leading to a deck (and beautiful view), - Lowest Floor Walk out to private yard with room to play. Another bedroom/office. Two story basketball court big enough and tall enough to shoot 3s(!) Parking: 2 car garage and a parking pad for a 3rd car. Except for the winter, parking on the street is fine.
