Lease terms

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Maximum of 4 tenants. Tenant pays rent and utilities (water/trash/electric/Internet). Washer/dryer, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher are included in the rental. This is a non-smoking property. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and can plant in the raised garden beds. Monthly lawncare fee required, or tenant can mow the lawn themselves if negotiated at the signing of the lease. Minimum one-year lease term, owners prefer a two-year lease. Pets: One dog is permitted, if agreed upon at the signing of the lease. One cat is negotiable. All pets must be fully potty-trained and pet waste must be picked up and disposed of regularly. No exotic pets, please. Owner will come at least twice a year to attend to the landscaping and perennial plants and weed garden beds, and prune berry bushes and fruit trees. Parking is on-street parking in front of the house or on the parking pad at the rear of the house. Shared storage in the shed. Owners use a portion of the shed to store personal belongings.
